Forming a union in the U.S. is protected by federal law. Here's how the process works under the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB).
Sign Authorization Cards
Workers sign cards indicating interest in union representation. These are legally protected and confidential.
Reach 30% Support
Once 30% of workers sign cards, you can petition the NLRB for an election. Most organizers aim for 60-70% for a stronger position.
Win the Election
The NLRB conducts a secret-ballot election. If a majority vote "yes," the union is certified as your official representative.
Negotiate Your Contract
After certification, your employer is legally required to bargain in good faith for wages, benefits, and working conditions.

If your workplace is in a union partnership, access is free for members. For self-organizing groups, the current launch pricing is shown during company selection at signup.
You can still continue. Use the "Don't see your company?" path during signup to create a new workplace entry, then complete registration and start organizing.
Uniform stores organizing content as ciphertext and card flows send receipt artifacts instead of signed card content. The system is designed to reduce linkability, but no platform can guarantee absolute anonymity in every legal context.
It is a confidential statement that you want union representation. In-app authorization text explains that signing is not a vote, and dues are not collected until after certification and contract negotiation.
Yes. The mobile app is configured for both iOS and Android, and billing/provider handling supports Apple App Store and Google Play flows.
Use the in-app invite flow to share your workplace join link. On web you can copy or share the register link, and on mobile there is a Share Invite Link action in settings and the main feed drawer.
